Have you ever had a sudden, severe attack of pain, swelling, redness, and tenderness in one or more joints, most often in the big toe, knee, ankle, or elbow?  

Sometimes it starts as a slight pain before bed, but when you wake up the next morning and take that first step, argh, it hits.

Like you, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love Fiesta, barbeque, seafood, a good T-bone steak, and an occasional drink with the crew on a Friday night after work. Over the many years, I have learned there are consequences for each of these, and it's painful, and it is Gout. 

 After many trips to the clinic, the doctor, and getting the prescription for the blue pills and other drugs, I continued to get attacks.   One doctor on the island told me you need to be a vegetarian and eat vegetables only.
